One does not often find the words technology and fitness in the same sentence.
However, the Wii Fit video game by Nintendo hopes to change that.

Wii Fit, which was released four months ago in North America, has about 40 different exercises. A player scores points for how well he or she performs the exercises.

The game is also available in Japan, Europe and Australia.
