Swift is looking for a Relief Device Calculations Engineer to work in Orange, TX.
Ideal candidate will be self-starter and able to work independently, as well as reliable and recognizes when technical issues need clarification. They must also be able to work in a team atmosphere and have practical engineering judgment.
Requirements:
5 years experience in the chemical/petrochemical applications
Experience sizing and selecting relief devices using API and ASME standards
P&I development and use
Material and energy balance interpretation and development
Industrial plant and petrochemical experience preferred
Skills:
Microsoft Suite
Visio Drawing Program
ASPEN- mass and energy balance
Arrow and Fathom- Hydraulic calculation experience
This is a contract opportunity for 8 months in Orange, TX. Local Candidates need only apply.
