hi. i suggest  an expert idea.

first announce on this topic   everywhere in rasekhoon  and say we want to make a expert chatter team and after that   when you make it 

ask them when they can chat with each other in messenger or raidcall or even in a rasekhoon especial   topic

for example every wednesdays in week at 9 oclock  everyone of team come and chat on a especial subject

and tomorrow someone load the all report of conference in a topic for whom could not come

of course it is my strong request because it is so efficient.
