بیانیه پایانی مجمع عمومی شبکه پارک‌های علم و فناوری کشورهای اسلامی

خبرگزاری فارس: نخستین مجمع عمومی شبکه پارک‌های علم و فناوری کشورهای اسلامی با صدور بیانیه‌ای به کار خود پایان داد.

به گزارش خبرنگار گروه دانشگاه خبرگزاری فارس، نخستین مجمع عمومی شبکه پارک‌های علم و فناوری کشورهای اسلامی پس از دو روز بحث، گفت‌و‌گو و رایزنی در پارک علم و فناوری گیلان، با صدور بیانیه‌ای به کار خود پایان داد.

ADOPTED BY THE FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY

MEETING OF INSTP EXECUTIVE BOARD

SHAVAL 9-10 1433 HIJRI

AUGUST 27-28, 2012

GUILAN

ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN

The First session Of INSTP General Assembly , held in Guilan , Islamic Republic of I.R.IRAN from 09-10 Shaval 1433 H (AUGUST 27-28,2012);

RECALLING resolution No.15 of the Fourteenth Summit conference held at Islamabad, Islamic Republic of Pakistan from 5-7 Safar,1423 H, Corresponding to 11-13 January 2011,Approved the proposal of the Islamic Republic of Iran to establish Inter Islamic Network on Science and Technology Park(INSTP) and all subsequent resolutions of the Inter Islamic Network on Science and Technology Park pertaining  to INSTP.

The First General Assembly of INSTP

1. EXPRESSS its gratitude to Dr. Kamaran Daneshjoo, Minister of Science ,Research and Technology and his deputy in research Dr. Mehdinedjad ,MSRT deputy in research and Dr Ghorbani, MSRT Head of international cooperation office and their dedicated team of hard working staff for the excellent arrangements made for the first General assembly meeting of INSTP

2. REQUESTS to continuing financial support of INSTP

3. EXPRESSES its appreciation to Dr Karimian Eghbal for conducting workshop entitled” the role of Science and technology park in knowledge based economy”

4. Commends the director general, Dr. Majid Mottaghitalab for efficiently conducting the meetings of the

General assembly

5. REPORTS the executive procedure report from beginning steps to establishment of the secretary office and then holding opening ceremony.

6. FURTHER REPORTS the procedure to reach current time to hold the first general assembly and corresponding activities to for executive board and statue approval

7. APPRECIATION from  representative of  all participants of first General Assembly from other countries including Tunisia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Senegal, Syria and Nigeria for their active contribution in first General Assembly.

8.Appreciation from Prof Noureddine Bouzouaia, Dr Hisham al- Khayat, Mr Nor Azaman Hussein and  Dr Mohammad Sheikh Zeinoddin respectively from Tunisia, Syria, Malaysia and Iran for showing their interest to be member of executive committee of INSTP for two years

9.  APPROVES the statues of the Inter Islamic network on Science and Technology park  consists of 22 articles and 15 notes and signed by all members in 4 version in Arabic, English, French and Persian.

10. Suggests the foundation of Venture Capital Common Fund. Venture capital is equity financing provided by institutional investors that manage either a fund on behalf of large institutions (usually pension funds and insurance companies) or have their own proprietary pool of capital.

11. Further suggests the foundation of Islamic Countries Techno Market (TECHMART INSTP). TECHMART INSTP is a physical and virtual place to provide a market tool to technology – based companies as well as individual technologists for exploring new markets and expose them to technological development around them

12. Further Suggests the establishment of Consortium for high tech companies with similar and/or inclusive products to empower their competitiveness and increase share market.

4- Further Suggests R&D cooperation amongst mega companies of Islamic countries

5- Further Suggests for Providing settlement facility for sale agency of companies in Islamic country

6- Further Suggests for Providing basic requirements for institution of multinational corporation

7- Further Suggests to propose the rules regarding to technical knowledge trading and specialist transfer among resident of techno-firms.

8- Further Suggests for launching a virtual network for technological demands.
