کاربرد های WOULD در زبان انگلیسی

کاربرد اول:  درخواست مودبانه

Example: Would you please close the door?

بازگشت به زمان: حال

Example: Would you please complete this assignment for Tuesday?

بازگشت به زمان: آینده

کاربرد دوم  would :   سوال از کسی در مورد انجام کاری

Example: Would you help me review for the chemistry exam?

              Sure. I would be happy to help you review for it.

بازگشت به زمان: حال، آینده

کاربرد سوم  would :   عادت همیشگی در زمان گذشته

Example: When I was in elementary school, we would sign every afternoon, and I would sign as loudly as I could.

بازگشت به زمان: گذشته

کاربرد چهارم  would :  گذشته  will  در نقل قول غیر مستقیم

Example: Tim says, “I’ll see you later”.

              Tim said he would see us later.

کاربرد پنجم  would :   نتیجه شرط
