Children who don't get enough sleep tend to be fatter, a new study has found.
Researchers at the University of Michigan studied a group of 11-year-old children.
Those kids whoslept less than eight hours a daywere more likely to be overweight.
On the other hand, the children who slept longer were slimmer.
